This portal helps registered participants prepare for The Agent Revolution workshop by Nivas Salla.
For verified participants, we store imported registration fields, a supplied phone number (without OTP verification), whether you registered through the original list or this portal, the area you work in, your problem statement, your selected agent pattern, prerequisite completion, and your public GitHub username if you verify it. Workshop administrators use this information to prepare the sessions.
We save your agent’s Google email address without verification. We never ask for its password. If you choose to connect Daytona, E2B or TokenRouter, their dedicated key fields send your key to our separate credential vault. Keys are encrypted using AWS KMS before storage in a restricted Neon database schema. The main portal receives only connection status and the last four characters; participant exports never include keys. Authorized platform services may use stored keys for your agent setup when that functionality becomes available. You can disconnect a key or request deletion by emailing contact@agentscreen.io. Encrypted backups remain subject to the database backup retention period. Do not put keys in problem descriptions or recordings.
When you choose to record, your audio is sent to our speech-to-text provider for transcription. We schedule audio and processing files for deletion after transcription. Unprocessed files expire with the provider after 30 days. Transcription results are temporarily cached for up to an hour. Your submitted transcript and problem statement may be retained with your workshop profile. Problem descriptions are sent to our AI provider to suggest a niche, agent pattern and outcome. You can edit the result, choose a card instead, or type without using voice.
Tutorial videos load from Jumpshare only when you choose “Watch tutorial.” Playing a video connects your browser to that service, which receives normal connection information such as your IP address. We do not send your API keys or workshop profile to the video player.
Preview progress stays in this browser tab. It is separate from verified workshop registration. Theme preferences are stored on this device. Recording and AI mapping use the services described above even in preview mode.
You can edit your problem or readiness checklist. For a data deletion or account request, email contact@agentscreen.io from your registered email address and tell us whether you want your stored API keys, workshop data, or account deleted. We may confirm your identity before acting on the request. Never include API keys or passwords in your email.
